Each year, many people have lost their lives in the water because they are not able to swim. Majority of these accidents occur at sea, pond, monsoon drain, canal, river or in the reservoirs.
For this reason, it is important for us to learn some rescue techniques which can be used to save others and more importantly, to prevent us from being dragged into the water resulting in double tragedy.
